#1724 11 1/2" W X 6" Deep Ash Bowl
This bowl is from a downed ash tree from Rushland, Bucks County. It was quite a large tree which permitted the size of the piece. Due to the size of the bowl, the rim is cut differently for a better grip. The piece is coated with four coats of wood-safe finish so it can be used as a serving dish. Use of wooden serving utensils is strongly recommended. Cleanup is simply hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry. It is not microwavable, dishwasher safe and should not be used for extended refrigerated storage.
